tradition of offering scholarships to deserving students.

each year. Just $5.00 per transaction or $1.00 per
paycheck. Every dollar counts and together we

ELIGIBILITY
|
|
Applicants must be children, grandchildren,
nieces, nephews or legal wards of Agents or
Employees with Coldwell Banker Bain or
Landover Companies for a period of 2 years at
time of application and affiliated during
the time the award is presented (Check sent
to institution for scholarship) to the
recipient. |
|
REQUIREMENTS |
|
Students must be high school graduates or in
some other manner establish eligibility for
the course of study or training to be
pursued.
Students must meet the admission
requirements of the University, College, School or Educational Program
selected and follow a program that leads to a degree, certification or
professionally recognized program for self improvement.
Students shall manifest qualities of character,
loyalty, citizenship, intellectual capacity, leadership and
self-reliance and maintain exemplary standards of personal conduct.
Students must demonstrate a financial need by
completing the Scholarship Application Form related to financial
position and a copy of their last year tax return which will be reviewed
anonymously by the Scholarship Selection Committee.
The scholarship is not solely based on GPA but will be
required information to be included on the application. Any special
needs student applying is required to include written verification of
IEP (Independent Education Program) participation with application. |

PROCESS TO APPLY |
|
Completed Scholarship applications,
including the application form, sealed
official transcripts, supporting financial
documentation, tax returns and essay must be
received by Coldwell Banker Bain Landover
Scholarship Selection Committee no later
than December 15th, 2008.
